4. Cancellations & Refunds

Each service type has its own policy:

4.1 Digital Products & Downloads
❌ Non-refundable due to instant access

4.2 Online Courses
❌ Non-refundable once access is delivered
If a course has not yet started, cancellation terms will be shown on the sales page

4.3 Subscriptions (Equine Social Sidekick)
✔ Cancel anytime with one click
❌ No refunds for partial months or unused time
✔ Access remains active until the paid month ends

4.4 Coaching & Consulting
❌ Non-refundable once booked
✔ 24 hours’ notice required to reschedule
No-shows may be forfeited

4.5 Marketing Packages
❌ Non-refundable once work has begun
Any bespoke refund rules listed on your service page will apply

4.6 Full Video Production Services
50% deposit = non-refundable
Remaining 50% due on the day
If you cancel with more than 14 days’ notice, the remaining balance is not charged
If you cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, the full fee may be charged due to time allocated
If we must cancel, you may choose:
✔ full refund of unused funds, or
✔ a rescheduled filming date

4.7 VIP Smartphone Social Content Shoot Days
50% deposit = non-refundable
Remaining 50% due on the day
Rescheduling allowed with 7 days’ notice
Late cancellation (<7 days) may result in loss of full fee
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new date
